The Journey of Your Portrait

1. Inquiry & Booking

Tell me about your beloved pet! Submit the commission form at the bottom of this page with your preferred medium, portrait size, and reference photos. I'll review your request and get back to you with the final quote and availability.

2. Booking & Deposit

Once we've settled on the details, a 50% deposit secures your spot. Your portrait officially joins my drawing queue, and I'll keep you updated on its expected completion date.

3. the Creative Process

This is where the magic happens! I'll carefully create your pet's portrait in your chosen medium, capturing their unique features, personality, and all the little details that make them special.

4. Final Review

Once your portrait is complete, I'll send you a photo for a final look. Minor adjustments can be discussed at this stage. The remaining balance is due before your artwork is shipped.

5. Packaging & delivery

Every portrait is professionally matted in white, ready to frame and is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives safely. Soon, you'll have a one-of-a-kind piece of art celebrating a little soul you love.

What kind of pets can you draw?

I create portraits of dogs, cats and other beloved pets. If you have something a little more unusual in mind, feel free to reach out!

What photos should I send?

At least one clear, well lit photo where your pet’s face and features are easy to see works best.

Multiple photos are welcome if you would like me to combine details from different images.

Please let me know if you have a specific angle or pose in mind if you send multiple photos!

Can you combine multiple pets into one portrait?

Absolutely! I can create a portrait featuring multiple pets, including pets who have never had a photo together.

How long does a commission take?

Most portraits take approximately 2-3 weeks to complete. Timing can vary depending on the size, medium and current commission queue. I do offer rush orders subject to availability.

Will I receive a progress photo before it's finished?

Yes! Before your portrait is finalized and shipped, I’ll send you a final progress photo so you can make sure everything looks just right. After any minor adjustments are made and once you are happy with the finished portrait, the remaining balance is due before shipping.

How does payment work?

A 50% deposit is required to reserve your commission spot. The remaining 50% is due after you approve the final progress photo and before your portrait is shipped. Final costs with shipping will be discussed through email once I receive the commission request form below.

What happens after I submit my commission request?

Once you submit your request, I’ll review your photos and details and get back to you through email with availability, final pricing, and the next steps. Once your commission is confirmed and your deposit is received, your spot is reserved!
